These Terms and Conditions may alter at any time. Any changes will be posted on our homepage. Orders placed after such time will be governed by the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. Shirtdessert shall not be liable to any person for a loss or damage, from the use of the information contained on the web site.

Any links to other web sites which are not owned by SD are not covered by our Terms and Conditions and as such SD are not responsible for their content.

After your details are used for the process of your order we will save them to advise you of any future offers or developments we may have. If you do not wish to be informed of any future offers or promotions please tick the appropriate box when you go to the checkout.

We do not store your credit or debit card details.

It is illegal to reproduce unlicensed logos and artwork. It is assumed by SD that you, the customer have obtained the right to use (upload) any trademark logo, graphic, artwork or photograph and that images will not violate any Third Party Rights.
Our designs are from a range of sources worldwide. We endeavour to protect and ensure that any Third Party Rights are upheld and protected. If you feel that your rights have in any way been violated please contact us and we will immediately remove any image proven to be subject to copyright infringement.

You agree that all correspondence is submitted by e-mail.

Your statutory rights are not affected, but all personalised garments are non-refundable unless faulty or mistakes made on our part.


Sizes and garment weights are approximate and for guidance only. Please note that ladies sizes are smaller than the unisex sizes, our size guide is for guidance only. If in doubt, we suggest choosing a larger size for ladies.

Should the goods you order not be available, substitute goods of a similar value or above will be provided. We will notify you by e-mail, if we do not hear from you regarding any confirmation of substitute goods/garments we may have to proceed with the substitution.

The colours of text/designs and T-shirts may vary slightly from those shown on individual monitors.


Shirtdessert will contact you if any image or photo uploaded by you is deemed unsuitable for use (see FAQ)

As a condition of your use of this website and its services, you agree that you will not:

You must not use the website or the supplies for any unlawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

(A) publish, post, upload or distribute information or pictures that are obscene, threatening, menacing, racist, offensive or libelous. You must not upload files that contain software or other materials in breach of any intellectual property rights, breach confidence;

(B) harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise infringe the rights of others;

(C) advertise or offer to sell goods or services;

Shirtdessert does not accept liability for any indirect loss arising out of the use of this website and for any product purchased from it.

ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF TAX .The total cost of the order is the price of product/s plus a delivery charge.


Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases of the custom made section are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you wish to cancel your order you must first notify us by e-mail before the goods are dispatched to you.

If goods have been personalised we cannot accept returns unless goods are faulty or a mistake made on our part. If this is the case then please notify us at enquiries@shirtdessert.com to obtain a returns code.

The cost of returns will also be reimbursed on our acceptance of liability. We recommend that you send all returns fully insured as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. Refunds can only be made by a cheque made payable to the original purchaser.

Goods must be returned within 6 days of receipt in their original condition unwashed and unworn.
